These Terms and Conditions apply to all enquiries, quotes and orders placed with Rafia Regalia through this website, by email, by phone or by WhatsApp. By requesting a quote or placing an order you accept these terms.
Quotes and prices
Our products are made to order, so prices are not shown on the website. Every order is priced by a written quote based on your design, materials, sizes and quantity. A quote is valid for the period stated on it, and prices may change if the design or quantity changes after the quote is issued.
Custom designs and approval
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, numbers, spellings, emblems and colours you send us.
- Where a design proof or sample photo is provided, production starts only after you approve it. Please check it carefully: we make the order exactly as approved.
- By sending artwork, logos or emblems you confirm that you have the right to use them.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once you accept the quote and the agreed payment terms. Production time depends on the product and quantity and is confirmed with your quote.
Colours and handmade finish
Our regalia is hand-embroidered, so small variations in stitching, bullion and stone placement are part of a handmade product and are not defects. Colours on screen may look slightly different from the finished fabric.
